If you see "Error Downloading Asset", please check if your internet connection is working.

If your internet connection is working, try to:

  • Hard-close the app and restart it

If restarting the app doesn't work, try to:

  • Reinstall the app
    Make sure to create an account first to save your progress. After the reinstall, log in with the same account again to continue.
