We're happy to help you combine your existing accounts onto your new Family Plan. We'll just need the email addresses for all the relevant accounts and which profiles they should correspond to on the Family Plan so that we can copy the progress into the new profiles in the family account. Please email this to us by going to "Send Us Feedback" in the settings menu of the app or writing to support@joytunes.com. 

Just a note that the progress for the profiles other than the main profile will not be the exact percentages, but we're happy to open up the courses and lessons completed.
