Oh no, we're so sorry that you got charged when you shouldn't have. This might have happened due to a difference in time zones, so we always recommend canceling your trial before the last day of your trial period to avoid a charge. But don't worry! Let's get that taken care of for you. ๐Ÿ’ช

Just follow a few quick steps to get that refunded:

Apple (App Store or iTunes) purchase

  1. Go to Apple's problem reports page: http://reportaproblem.apple.com/

  2. Log in with your Apple ID username (typically your email address) and password

  3. Tap or click "I'd like to"

  4. Choose "Request a refund"

  5. Choose the reason why you want a refund, then choose Next

  6. Choose Simply Piano, then choose Submit

You can also speak directly with Apple Customer Support.

Android (Google Play* or Credit Card) purchase

Please reach out to our team through the app by tapping Menu > Settings > Have a Question? and we look into that for you.

*If you started a free trial through Google Play, you may see a pending charge on your bank account near the end of your trial. As long as your subscription is canceled before the last day of your trial period, that pre-authorized charge will be removed.ย

If you're experiencing an issue, we recommend contacting Google Play directly.

Note: Google refers to this as an authorization that needs to be canceled rather than as a refund.
