If you're making a credit/debit card purchase...
Please send us a message through the app and we'll offer you another payment method (Tap Menu > Settings > Contact Support)

If you're making an App Store (iOS) or Google Play (Android) purchase...
Payments are fulfilled by Apple and Google Play, so we recommend trying their troubleshooting steps first:
