Let's make sure you get back to your premium account! A few quick steps will help you get back to the account with your subscription.

For Apple purchases:

  1. Make sure your device is logged onto the same Apple ID that purchased the subscription. 

  2. Open Simply Piano and tap the Menu > Settings > Restore Purchases.

  3. You will be prompted to confirm switching to get to the subscribed account. Please confirm that to continue to the account the subscription is on. 

For Direct Credit Card Purchases:

  1. Open Simply Piano and tap the Menu > Settings > Contact Support.

  2. Send us your email and the receipt number (if you have that available) and our Support Team will be happy to take care of this.

For Google Play Purchases:

  1. Make sure your device is logged onto the same Google Play account that purchased the subscription. 

  2. Open Simply Piano and tap the Menu > Settings > Restore Purchases.

  3. Your subscription will be applied to the account you are logged into, which you can check in the app under Menu > Settings > My Account.
