Your subscription is applied to the account you are logged into in Simply Piano when you subscribe. Separate from your Apple ID or Google Play account, you need to be logged into this account in the app (including on additional devices) to access your subscription. A few quick steps will help you access your subscription if it ever gets lost.

For iOS purchases:

  1. Make sure your device is logged onto the same Apple ID that purchased the subscription. 
  2. Open Simply Piano and tap the Menu > Settings > Restore Purchases.
  3. You will be prompted to confirm switching to get to the subscribed account. Please confirm that to continue to the account the subscription is on. 

For Direct Credit Card Purchases:

  1. Open Simply Piano and tap the Menu > Settings > Contact Support
  2. Select the following options: I have a problem and need help > It's a technical problem > The app doesn't identify me as a subscriber 
  3. Send us your email and the receipt number and our Support Team will be happy to take care of this.

For Google Play Purchases:

  1. Make sure your device is logged onto the same Google Play account that purchased the subscription. 
  2. Open Simply Piano and tap the Menu > Settings > Restore Purchases.
  3. Your subscription will be applied to the account you are logged into, which you can check in the app under Menu > Settings > My Account.
