To sign in to Simply Piano, 

  1. Tap the Menu button.
  2. If you use an iOS device, tap Settings (skip if you use Android).
  3. Look for "Create Account".
  4. Enter the email you used to sign up.
  5. You'll receive a 4-digit code which you'll have to enter when prompted.

If you don't receive the activation email, please check your other folders in your inbox such as 'Spam', 'Promotions', 'Ads' etc. 

If you are logging into a new device, we recommend you first double check which email you used on your previous device. Go to Menu > Settings > My Account in Simply Piano on the the previous device to see the email address used. 

If you see Anonymous on the My Account page, this means the account was not linked to an email address and you will not be able to open your progress on another device. Just press the pencil (iOS) or click Change Email (Android) to change this to register with an email and you will be able to use your account on another device.
