To log into a new phone/tablet or back in after reinstalling, make sure to press "Already a Member" just below "Get Started" on the opening screen of the app. Then, enter the email you used before for Simply Piano to continue. If you're logged in on another phone/tablet, you can double check which email you used there by going to Menu > Settings > My Account*.

If you're in the app and you find yourself logged out:

  1. Tap the Menu button (top left corner)

  2. Tap Settings

  3. Tap on Create Account

  4. Enter the email you used to sign up

  5. You'll receive a 4-digit code to that same email, which you'll have to enter when prompted. If you don't receive the 4-digit code, please check other folders in your inbox such as 'Spam', 'Promotions', 'Ads' etc. 

*If you see Anonymous written on the My Account page, that means the account wasn't linked to an email address and you'll need to add one to open your progress on another phone/tablet. Just press the edit icon to add an email and then you'll be able to use your account on another device.
