If you find yourself logged out of your account:
- Tap the Menu button (top left corner)
- Tap Settings
- Tap on Create Account
- Enter the email you used to sign up
- You'll receive a 4-digit code to that same email, which you'll have to enter when prompted. If you don't receive the 4-digit code, please check other folders in your inbox such as 'Spam', 'Promotions', 'Ads' etc.
If you are logging into a new device, we recommend you first double check which email you used on your previous device by going to Menu > Settings > My Account. When you download Simply Piano on the new device, there will be an "already a member?" button on the first screen. You can tap that in sign in regularly,
If you see Anonymous written on the My Account page, this means the account was not linked to an email address and you will not be able to open your progress on another device. Just press the edit icon to register an email and then you'll be able to use your account on another device.
