Most subscriptions started on an iPhone/iPad are through the App Store and most subscriptions started on an Android device are through Google Play.
Note: Uninstalling the app does not automatically cancel your subscription.
For App Store Purchases:
Launch the Settings app on your iPhone or iPad
Tap your name
Tap on Subscriptions and choose Simply Guitar
Tap on "Cancel Subscription"
For Google Play Purchases:
Open the Google Play Store app on your Android device
Tap the profile on the top right to make sure you’re signed in to the correct Google Account
Tap on the Account, followed by Payments & Subscriptions
Select Simply Guitar
Tap Cancel subscription
Follow the instructions
For Direct Credit Card Purchases:
On Apple devices, you can click on the Menu, then My Account & 'Learn More'- Then just follow the instructions.
For Android devices you'll need to contact the support care-bears, either through the app or via e-mail (guitar@hellosimply.com)
For PayPal Purchases:
Log in to your PayPal account.
Click Profile (the gear icon) on the top right corner of the page.
Click Pre-approved payments under "Payment settings".
Select the JoyTunes merchant (or Simply by JoyTunes) and click Cancel.
Follow the instructions to cancel the agreement.
